Malibu Global Awareness was established in 2003 by Dr.
Annie Thiel. It was dedicated to the memory of Dr. Richard
Thiel who died in 2001. Dr. Richard Thiel was an active
supporter of Doctor Without Borders. Malibu Global
Awareness supports Doctor Without Borders by hosting an
annual fund raiser each year.
Remember, supporting Doctors Without Borders means sending
antibiotics, bandages, and gallons of clean drinking
water, among other things, as well as a powerful message
that we provide with your help, that the world still
cares.
